About Russell

Russ serves as Director of Information Technology, leading the firm’s technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, automation, and systems development. He oversees and customizes the firm’s practice management platform, ensures data integrity, and contributes to operational strategy through internal process design and the development and interpretation of data and performance metrics, as well as vendor management. His work bridges technology and operations to support secure, efficient, and scalable firm performance.

Joining the firm in 2024, he brings more than 35 years of experience in technology and systems leadership, including 23 years in the legal field and 15 years in healthcare IT leadership. In addition to his operational responsibilities, he supports legal matters through research, technical analysis, and digital media production, contributing to case development.

Outside the office, he enjoys leisurely adventures with friends, time with family, lively conversation, and, of course, a hot cup of tea. His favorite lawyer movie is My Cousin Vinny.
