About Maia

Maia Goddard serves as the Director of Operations, leading the firm’s operational strategy, financial administration, internal systems, and litigation infrastructure. She oversees case progression from intake through resolution, ensuring workflows, deadlines, and team coordination operate efficiently and with accountability. With over a decade of experience in plaintiff-side legal practice and a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University, Maia develops and maintains firm-wide workflows, document systems, and administrative structure while supervising staff, managing firm relationships, and coordinating litigation logistics. She also serves as a consistent and responsive point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive clear answers and understand the status of their case

Maia believes transparency, respect, and responsiveness are essential to meaningful representation. Guided by a deep commitment to fairness and institutional accountability, she is passionate about standing up for working-class people navigating complex legal systems against powerful insurance companies and corporations. She also volunteers with local mutual aid groups, reflecting her belief in community support and collective care.

Outside of the office, Maia enjoys documentaries, history, and the occasional opportunity to identify a Monet from a Manet with confidence. She spends her downtime cooking, biking, practicing yoga, and gaming, especially playing Fallout 4 with her brother. Her favorite novel remains Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, and her Spotify music age is 70. She shares her home with two beloved dogs, who remain her favorite companions. Her favorite legal films are Dark Waters and the original 12 Angry Men.
